What happens if you lapse: your rig keeps working on the free core, your files are always on your disk, premium features pause until you resubscribe — and a lapse mid-session finishes the running night first. Safety is never billing’s to touch: safe-state protection — the mount going home, parked, or tracking-off on an unattended failure — runs on every tier, lapsed or not. Annual plans carry a 90-day offline grace window — a full season at an unconnected dark site.
