Your ARIS account
Delete your account.
Sign in below and confirm, and we delete your ARIS account and the data attached to it right away. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone — we cannot restore an account afterwards. You can do the same thing in the ARIS app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Checking your session…
Sign in to delete your account
Use the same sign-in as the ARIS app. We only delete the account you sign in with — nothing happens until you confirm on the next screen.

Deleted immediately and permanently
- Your sign-in record — the ARIS account itself.
- Your synced data — equipment profiles, app settings, horizon panoramas, and panorama-stitch uploads and results.
- Your billing profile — any active subscription is cancelled immediately and your Stripe customer record is deleted.
- Your remote-access setup — rig registrations and their access tunnels.
- Your beta-access flag and any waitlist entries matching this account’s email.
- Your Community Missions identity — uploads awaiting review, mission memberships, and leaderboard entries. Contribution statistics already accepted into the shared dataset are anonymized: the data point stays, the link to you does not.
Deleting cancels a paid plan straight away. If you have time left on the current period and want to use it, cancel in the billing portal instead and come back later.
Kept — and why
- Invoices. Stripe retains your past invoices as financial records, for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention. Deleting your account does not erase them.
- A deletion record. Timestamps and counters only, no personal information — our audit trail that the deletion ran. Billing events already written to our payment log stay too, tied only to a pseudonymous identifier.
- Forum posts. Deleting your ARIS account permanently disables community forum sign-in. We try to anonymize your forum profile as part of this, but it is best-effort: if it does not go through, your posts stay under your forum username until you ask us. Email [email protected] and we will anonymize or remove them.
- Anything on your own hardware. Files on your rig, your ARIS Shuttle folder, and your own devices are untouched — they were never on our servers for us to delete.
If you use Sign in with Apple
This web page cannot revoke your Sign in with Apple authorization — Apple only allows that from the ARIS app running on an Apple device. If this account uses Sign in with Apple, finish the job on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac:
Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → ARIS → Stop Using Apple ID
(On a Mac: System Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple.) Deleting from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the ARIS app on an Apple device revokes it for you automatically.
There is no undo, and no confirmation email. The next click deletes the account.
Changed your mind? Just close this page — or go back to your account.
Your account has been deleted.
It is gone for good, along with the synced data listed before you confirmed. Any subscription is cancelled — you will not be billed again. You have been signed out of this browser.
Your community forum profile was anonymized as part of this.
Your community forum sign-in is disabled for good, but we could not anonymize your forum profile automatically. Your posts stay under your forum username until you ask us — email [email protected] and we will anonymize or remove them.
One more step, if you used Sign in with Apple
We could not revoke your Sign in with Apple authorization from the web. On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac:
Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → ARIS → Stop Using Apple ID
